Bought 6 cod fish for A$10/- at closing time in QV market. What a bargain! Since they’re all fresh n cleaned, I’ll just steam 2 for our lunch. Hooray – it’s meeting our game plan of a healthy diet whilst visiting Melbourne.
Pat dry with kitchen towel, the fish can be lightly marinated with soya sauce, pepper, sesame oil n ready for steaming.
Dressed with red capsicum, chopped ginger n leeks, the fish sitting ready in the steamer.
Into the steamer for 20 mins, ‘TING’ n it’s ready to serve.
Done! – steamed sea caught cod fish all ready n plated. One fish per person please n enjoy! 😄😉😇
