I could just eat French beans stir fried in garlic butter. Yum! Today I shall spice with belachan (dried small prawns paste) chilli.
Besides French beans, will add carrots and mushrooms for added bite.
1) In a wok heat some oil. Fry chopped garlic. When fragrant add in carrots and French beans.
2) Stir fry a few minutes as I like beans to be crunchy. Add in mushrooms.
3) A spicy dish of crunchy French beans is ready for serving. Enjoy! 🙂 🙂
