This dish brings memories of my grandma’s cooking, simple home cooked flavor with minimal ingredients. I’ve been wanting to replicate and was excited to pick up this gourd from the supermarket recently
Luffa gourd, eggs, garlic, chicken stock, dried cuttlefish
1) In a wok, heat some oil, fry garlic till fragrant. Add in carrots.
2) When carrots soften, stir in the luffa pieces. Pour in some chicken stock to soften the luffa.
3) Pour in the beaten eggs.
4) Top with sliced cuttlefish pieces. Stir all into the vegetables.
5) Home style, traditional luffa is ready for serving. Enjoy! 🙂 🙂
