It’ll be a 20 lap swim, and then cook a dish of salmon belly. With all the food I’ve been cooking and eating, surely a swim will do me much good and then on to more good food with less guilt.
1) Wash the salmon belly.
2) Marinate with tomyam paste.
Bought this ready to use to yam paste from Asian grocery store.
3) Pan fry the salmon belly pieces till cooked or crispy as wished.
4) Serve the cooked salmon belly.
