Sunday, fun day … I’m steaming cod fish with simple tinge of soya sauce, sesame oil, ginger and fresh dill.
After a sprinkle of chopped garlic,
into the wok of boiling water, steam for 15 minutes.
Serve with rice for lunch.
Satisfying..a treat for an easy lazy Sunday. Worth every cent, simple luxury. Thank you.
